个人简介:男,19709月生,湖北郧县人;博士、教授、博士生导师。19937月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺系;1993-1998年,华中农业大学攻读硕士、博士学位;19986月毕业,获博士学位并留校任教。19992003年,分别晋升为副教授、教授。2001-2003年,美国佛罗里达大学柑橘研究与教育中心博士后;2007年,澳大利亚CSIRO园艺部、澳大利亚国立大学高访3个月;2009年,日本鹿儿岛大学高访2个月。

研究方向:柑橘种质创新与遗传改良

研究工作:针对我国柑橘在品种、品质等方面存在的问题,以及常规育种中遇到的珠心胚干扰等生殖障碍,开展细胞工程与遗传改良研究。旨在提高育种效率、缩短育种周期,培育具有无核、优质、熟期不同等性状的新品种,充分发挥细胞工程这一传统且不存在安全性争议的生物技术在柑橘遗传改良中的独特作用。重点研究内容如下1)体细胞胚 / 珠心胚发育的分子机理;2)细胞工程与种质创新:体细胞杂种 / 胞质杂种创制,倍性杂交结合幼胚挽救培养创制三倍体,同源多倍体发掘与利用,纯系创制,细胞工程新品种选育;3)细胞工程新种质特殊性状解析:胞质杂种雄性不育性状解析与基因发掘,同源/异源多倍体的遗传 / 表观遗传变异分析,分子育种。

主要学术兼职:《Scientia Horticulturae》共同主编(2014.03—)、咨询编委(2005.03—2014.02),《Plant Cell Tissue Organ CultureAssociate Editor (2009.10—)、《Tree Genetics GenomesAssociate Editor2011.12—)。中国柑橘学会理事(2009.10—)、中国园艺学会理事(2013.10—)。

承担项目情况:先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部973课题、863课题、教育部项目(创新团队、重大项目培育计划、霍英东青年教师基金、博士点基金及优先课题)、农业部公益性行业科研专项子项目、瑞典国际科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金(创新群体、重点、杰出青年)、武汉市晨光计划等20余项。

获奖及荣誉:入选国家杰出青年科学基金、教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家特支计划(万人计划)科技创新领军人才;园艺植物细胞工程与种质创新教育部创新团队和湖北省创新研究群体学术带头人;入选2004年度教育部首批新世纪优秀人才、2012年度科技部首批中青年科技创新领军人才;曾获湖北省自然科学二等奖(排名第二,2001)、国家科技进步二等奖(排名第三,2007)、第11届中国青年科技奖(2010)。
